According to Al-Manar, Lebanese Hezbollah Secretary-General Seyyed Hassan Nasrallah will deliver a speech on Sunday night at the Laylat al-Qadr ceremony.
He will address the latest regional developments as well as ongoing developments in Lebanon.
The speech comes as Lebanon's parliamentary elections are scheduled for May 15.
